These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Babil mobile application ("the app", "Babil"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Babil is a personal finance tracking application that lets you manually record and review your income, expenses, wallets, accounts, and daily work logs. Babil is a record-keeping tool only. It does not connect to banks, does not move money, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Babil. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

All financial records and notes you enter remain yours. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you record. We do not review or verify the content you enter and are not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
We aim to keep Babil available and reliable, but we provide the app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babil is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babil and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or financial loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
You may stop using Babil and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
