These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you ("User") and Salim Can Yılmaz ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"), an individual developer resident in Türkiye, operating the Babil mobile application ("Babil", "the app", "the Service").

By downloading or using Babil, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Babil is a personal finance tracking application that lets you manually record and review your income, expenses, wallets, accounts, and daily work logs. Babil does not connect to banks, does not move money, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Babil.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for:
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling biometric login for additional security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used fraudulently.

The financial data you enter into Babil remains your property. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you record.
Financial Information Disclaimer:
The financial data displayed in Babil is based solely on the information you
manually enter. Babil does not verify, validate, or interpret your financial data.
Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal
advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records and for any
financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the app. We
strongly recommend consulting a qualified professional for financial or tax
advice.
We bear no responsibility for financial decisions made based on information you enter or that is displayed within the app.
Babil offers optional paid subscription plans (Premium and Unlimited) in addition to a free tier. Subscription features are currently in development and will be enforced in a future update.
When subscription purchases become available, the following terms will apply:
(a) Free Trial. Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial period. The duration will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically begin at the applicable paid rate at the end of the free trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
(b) Billing and Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
(c) Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. On iOS, manage or cancel your subscription via: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Babil. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
(d) Price Changes. We will notify you of any price changes in advance. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
(e) Refunds. All purchases are subject to the refund policy of the platform through which you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not handle refunds directly.
(f) Free Tier. The free tier is provided without charge and does not require payment information.
Current plan pricing and feature comparisons are displayed within the app and are subject to change.
Babil is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use Babil, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if you are on the free tier, zero).
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), which will permanently remove your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Babil at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and execution offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
If you are located outside of Türkiye, nothing in this section prevents you from seeking remedies available under your local mandatory consumer protection laws.
(a) Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy at https://babilfinance.com/privacy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Babil and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
(b) Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
(c) No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
(d) Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.
(e) Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
